In January of 2024 we had two windows replaced as well as new siding on the top floor of our 4 story apartment building. Jimmy and his crew were amazing. They are absolutely professional from the time they put up the scaffolding to the day the removed it. On time daily and work estimated timeframe (even with the onslaught of rain), kept working area safe and clean, took care of the property with no damage to the building and did a beautiful job on the repairs. SkyBlue did an excellent job on my siding replacement. They're prompt and attentive and gave us quotes for different scopes of work in a very timely fashion. Honestly, SkyBlue Builders Saved me and my Kitty's Life. I had water damage on the exterior, and interior of my home from windows being installed wrong in 2020. I had my home torn apart from October 2021 interior and exterior. SkyBlue Builders was a referral from Erika @ South City Lumber. I called them and Shankey answered my call and came the same day. Shankey was very Professional, he listened to my whole story very calm and had the utmost customer service. Shankey also educated me on Hardy Siding. I hired them of course in July of 2022. I had a chance to work with Mr. Singh what a pleasure he made my whole re-construction non stressful with full communication and problem solving with the best material.  Also Mr. Singh's Son Jimmy was very helpful and knowledgeable in business. Really they are a family owned business they held my hand through the whole construction project. SkyBlue Buiders did such a Amazing job on the exterior of my home I hired them for the interior as well, it was a smooth transition from exterior to interior There workers are very professional, Including Axel, Paul, Kao, and Neddy. I was very impressed by how our kitchen was done by SkyBlue Builders. Their crews are hard working & manager Jimmy & his Dad did'nt charge as anything for upgrading our fire damage kitchen. We got brand new oven range, heavy duty brand new exhaust hood, brand new bigger refrigerator, brand new dishwasher, brand new sink, brand new microwave oven, brand new kitchen sink & faucet, brand new kitchen garbage grinder & most of all additional cabinets. Highly recommend Jimmy, Kamal, and crew for any exterior construction work. They tackled an increasingly complex project wherein we discovered significant wood rot beneath our siding. They walked us through the discovery, potential solutions, and were super accommodating each step of the way. Run Do Not Walk to Hire SkyBlue Builders!  Jimmy and his Dad who was the onsite construction manager did a fantastic job of installing 1) brand new siding, 2) new vinyl gutters and 3) new dual pane windows.  They have a regular crew of professional hardworking individuals who showed up on time every day, starting work at 8am and were done before 5pm.  They  were efficient, respectful, friendly and left my property clean each day and best of all they completed the job in record time!  Even my neighbors were impressed with the clean up once the job was complete and  my house looks fantastic!  I can't say enough of how  refreshing it is to work with someone of Jimmy's caliber, a builder who is honest and delivers what he says he will.  I appreciated how they spell everything out in their contract of what you are getting and in the change orders so there is no confusion.  Jimmy was always available whenever I called him. As a result of my recent excellent experience,  I have hired them to paint my house this summer and install new doors and will definitely continue to use them for any future construction needs.
